Award Ceremony took place at "World Water Congress & Exhibition" which was held in Lisbon, Portugal during Sep. 21-26. The awards were presented on 24th Sep., 2014 in presence of IWA President Dr. G. Daigger, Prof. H. Kroiss, Executive Director Dr. G. Bergkamp and other leading water specialists and executives of water business sectors.
NAGAOKA's Global Winning "ENERLES" is the pre-treatment system and technology which requires no chemicals nor energy. Through the actual treatment of Dam Water in China, "ENERLES" proved to supply high water quality for drinking and economical solution as no electricity, no chemicals are used for operation.
IWA-PIA is the world's leading program for evaluating water related engineering and technology. This is third consecutive award winning of IWA-PIA for NAGAOKA which is the first in the world, and winning Superior Achievement Award is the first to Japanese.
